Toppers and Pillows
We are pleased to offer a 30-night trial period with your new Mattress Pad Topper or pillow. If you wish to return the topper or the pillow, we only ask that you call for return authorization and return them in an unsoiled and undamaged condition. We will promptly refund the purchase price of the item. You will be responsible for the shipping.
Mattresses and Mattress Sets
(Not
including Adjustable Beds, MemorRest Mattresses, Somatic Sleep Mattresses,
Comfort Max 300 & 400 Mattresses and any Custom Made Mattresses.)
Are you wondering if a memory foam mattress may be right for you? How about
this: I've had a great rate of customer satisfaction on these mattresses,
and I'm confident that if you try one for thirty nights you'll want to
keep it. And I'm ready to give you the best deal you're likely
to find.
A day doesn't go by without our hearing from someone who is stuck with an uncomfortable and expensive bed they bought from a local bedding store. That's not going to happen to you, if you take advantage of my offer. Try it out. Test it for 30 nights. If you're not sold by then, neither is the mattress.
Simply call us by the end of the 30 days to arrange the return. We only ask that you call for return authorization and return the mattress and foundation in an unsoiled and undamaged condition. We would like you to keep the mattress for a minimum of a week though. This is in order to give your mattress a fair trial. Call us toll free at 800-498-0779 to arrange return authorization. We will then give you the return shipping instructions. The returned mattress (and foundation) must be securely sealed in an undamaged plastic mattress bag and box. If you have thrown out the original bags and boxes, we can ship you new ones for a fee of $59.00. Return shipping must be pre-paid and arranged by the customer.
Return of Mattresses that have been shipped via White Glove Service:
As part of the white glove service the shipping boxes will be removed by
us. If you wish to return the mattress within the 30 day trial period
you will need the boxes to return the mattress in. You may either ask
to keep the boxes or at your request we can send you new boxes for a
fee of $59.00.
As long as the mattress is returned in good condition (no damage, no stains, etc.) we'll promptly refund you the original sale price. We refund the price of the mattress. We do not refund any additional shipping charges such as white glove shipping charges. The return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.

Note on Cancellations
You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel your bed order. Our mattresses
ship very promptly, so any cancellations after 24 hours may be subject
to [a cancellation fee of up to $250]. After
24 hours your mattress is most likely already on its way to you. The
$250 deduction is to cover the return shipping and/or
processing fees. It will be deducted from your payment refund.
Adjustable Beds (S-cape & ProMotion Bases):
NOTE: Adjustable Bed Sets and Bases are not returnable.
The Orthomatic Adjustable Bed Sets and Bases are not eligible for our 30
night trial and are not returnable. (The weight and shipping costs make
returns impossible. We would never be able to offer such low prices if
we had to account for potential return costs.) But remember, Orthomatic
offers an excellent 5-year warranty on ProMotion frames
and a 20-year warranty on S-cape frames. In the first year Orthomatic
will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser for
parts, labor or transportation.
Please note that you have 24 hours to cancel your adjustable bed order. Beyond that Adjustable Beds can not be cancelled.
