Toppers and Pillows

We are pleased to offer a 30 Night Trial Period with your new Mattress Pad Topper or Pillow. If you wish to return the topper or the pillow, we only ask that you call for Return Authorization and return them in a clean and undamaged condition to our Returns Warehouse. We will promptly refund the purchase price of the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping.

How about this: I've had a great rate of customer satisfaction on these mattresses, and I'm confident that if you try one for thirty nights you'll want to keep it.  And I'm ready to give you the best deal you're likely to find.

A day doesn't go by without our hearing from someone who is stuck with an uncomfortable and expensive bed they bought from a local bedding store. That's not going to happen to you if you take advantage of my offer. Try it out: Test it for 30 nights. If you're not sold by then, neither is the mattress.

Simply call us by the end of the 30 days to arrange a return. We only ask that you call for Return Authorization and return the mattress and foundation in clean and undamaged condition. At a minimum, we would like you to sleep on the mattress for a week's time. This is in order to give your mattress a fair trial. Call us toll free at (800) 508-1008 to arrange Return Authorization. Our Customer Service will provide return shipping instructions. The returned mattress (and foundation) must be securely sealed in an undamaged plastic mattress bag and box. If you have thrown out the original bags and boxes, they are easily available at most Moving Stores including UHaul. Return shipping must be pre-paid and arranged by the customer.

Return of Mattresses that have been shipped via White Glove Service:
As part of the White Glove Delivery, the shipping boxes will be removed by the Agent. If you wish to return the mattress within the 30 Night Trial Period you will need to secure a bag and box to return the mattress. You may either ask the Delivery Agent to leave them at time of delivery, or purchase new ones locally.

As long as the mattress is returned in good condition (no damage, no stains, etc.) we'll promptly refund you the original sale price. We refund the price of the mattress. We do not refund any additional shipping charges such as White Glove Delivery. The cost of return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.

Carry a Manufacturer's 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product during this trial period, please contact Customer Support at (800) 508-1008 for Return Authorization.

Before you call, please take a picture of the label on the bottom of each electrical heating/cooling unit showing clearly the model and serial numbers, etc., as this is required by Chili Technology for Return Authorization.

iSense Sleep Mattresses & Pillows

iSense mattresses and pillows carry a Manufacturer's generous 120 Night Comfort Promise. If you are not satisfied with your product during this trial period, please contact Customer Support at (800) 508-1008 for Return Instructions.

iSense Sleep does handle their own Product Claims and Guarantees, and has Comfort Control Specialists available to help you achieve sleep comfort, make any appropriate adjustments to your mattress to this end, and facilitate product returns. They are available at (888) 753-3706.

These items are not eligible for our 30 Night Trial, and are not returnable. The weight and shipping costs, in addition to packaging them to avoid damage in shipping, make returns impossible. And we would never be able to offer such low prices if we had to account for potential return costs.

For Adjustable Electric Frames, the manufacturer offers an excellent warranty on their fine products -- In the first year, for example, they will repair or replace any defective part at no cost to the purchaser for parts, labor or transportation.


You have a 24 hour grace period to cancel your bed order. Our mattresses go into production right away, so any cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. After 24 hours your mattress is most likely already in production. The fee is to cover materials and/or return shipping costs, and will depend on actual materials costs and shipping rates from your location. Cancellation fees will be deducted from your payment refund.

Please note that you have only 24 hours to cancel your adjustable bed order. Beyond that Adjustable Bed orders can not be cancelled.
