Please Note: Although we make every effort to pack and ship each item securely, you must inspect the boxes and your purchase for possible damage that might have occurred during shipping. If an item happens to be damaged and not acceptable to you, do not accept delivery and notify us immediately. If you see damage to any box and decide to accept delivery, make sure to make a clear notation on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Slip and have the driver sign or initial.
We Ship Anywhere
Every day of the year, we offer Free Shipping via FedEx or UPS Ground, or Economy Truck, to destinations within the lower 48 US States. For delivery by US Postal Service or to any domestic or worldwide destination, please request a shipping estimate.
For larger items, and generally to more remote destinations outside our Free Shipping Zone, it is often most economical for the Customer to contract directly with a Freight Forwarding Service who has a US-Based Terminal to which we can ship for free. eBay currently hosts a Global Shipping Program for purchases made through their store.
APO, FPO, and DPO Military Customers: We welcome your orders, which must ship via the US Post Office and are only trackable until handed over to the Military Mail System -- please be patient. We will do our best to ship your order to you at no additional cost (for the shipping) -- this is our commitment and discount to you.
We ship all orders promptly via FedEx and UPS - some even shipping the next day. Our custom-made Cool Max Toppers, Big Boy Mattress Renewal Pads, and other Custom or Specialty Orders generally take between 5 - 7 Business Days to ship. When your topper or pillows ship, we send email notification of the shipping date and tracking number automatically. We can offer this service whether you order by phone, fax or e-mail -- all we need is a correct e-mail address at the time of your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The items of your order may ship in multiple boxes and / or from different locations, and may arrive on different days.
Free Shipping of all our mattresses and bed sets is by Ground or Economy Delivery. This delivery option is termed "curbside", meaning that the Delivery Agent will deliver the box(es) to your curb or outer door only. Additionally, many mattress-only orders ship compressed by FedEx or UPS, which will deliver them to you much more quickly and effortlessly than truck. Please be aware that you may need assistance moving the larger and heavier boxes.
For mattresses and bed sets that ship via truck, the shipper will call once the mattress arrives in your local area and ask to arrange a day and time that is convenient for you to have the mattress delivered. Please make sure that we have your best phone number. And it's also a good idea to have a friend ready to help you set up your mattress or bed on the day it arrives.

Our White Glove Shipping Upgrade will deliver your new mattress and foundation to your home, unpack and place it in your bedroom. The local delivery agent will call ahead to arrange a convenient delivery time. When you order, please let us know if there will be any stair-carry or elevator lift to your residence or bedroom (additional fees may apply). Note that will be necessary to have your bed frame empty and ready for delivery. Shipping boxes and packaging will all be removed, unless you specifically request the driver to leave them.
Our usual shipping time from date of ordering is 2-3 weeks. White Glove service may add one week to that time, and all Adjustable Electric Bed orders ship to you with White Glove Delivery at no extra charge! We ship your order to you for free -- at no extra charge -- for ground or economy delivery. We do ask that you try it out for a minimum a week, and then if you decide to keep it, which most of our customers do, you never pay any shipping.
It is only if you decide to return part of your order that you will need to pay the return shipping. You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to decide if you are happy with your new bedding purchased from Absolute Comfort on Sale. If you are not, please call us at (800) 508-1008 for Return Authorization and then ship the item back postage prepaid. Note: for toppers and pillows, the USPS often has the best shipping rates.
If your order was delivered by White Glove delivery, the shipping boxes and bags will be removed by the Delivery Agent, unless otherwise requested at time of delivery. It is the Customer's responsibility to package all return items well and securely, and secure the materials needed. Return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer.
Adjustable Bed Sets and Bases are Not Returnable
The Adjustable Electric Bed Sets and Bases are not eligible for our 30 Night Trial and are not returnable.
