20-Year Limited Warranty
Each of these specialty mattress sets has been manufactured using the highest quality materials and workmanship. Each has been carefully inspected and found to be free of defects. This Warranty remains in effect for the Original Owner of the product so long as the Warranty Conditions are fulfilled. In the event of a defect, contact Absolute Comfort on Sale / Ultimate Sleep Inc at (800) 508-1008.
Freight costs to and from the Manufacturer's Authorized Return Facility are the responsibility of the mattress Owner. Upon receipt, we will determine -- at no cost to you -- the nature of the defect. If defect is found to be our responsibility, we will repair or replace it at our option; subject to the pro-rated charges set forth below. Authorization from the factory to return products must be obtained prior to return.
Our 20-Year Warranty will be pro-rated as follows from the date of purchase: The first 10 years, no additional charge, the next 5 years, 50% of the original cost of the affected item and the final 5 years, 20% of the original cost. This warranty covers workmanship and materials. Implied warranties are limited to the Terms of this Warranty. In no event shall the Absolute Comfort on Sale or its Parent Company (Ultimate Sleep, Inc) be liable to the Buyer or any other party for indirect or consequential damages.
This warranty is additionally subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty does not apply if, upon inspection by Ultimate Sleep, damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, neglect, carelessness, alteration to the product, or any other conditions that are beyond the control of the manufacturer, are found.
- Any mattress, or part thereof to be returned, must be sanitary, unsoiled, undamaged and odor free or Warranty will not apply and service will be refused.
- The Warranty is effective from the Date of Purchase by the Original Purchasing Customer with proof of original purchase.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Normal leveling or flattening out of pillowtop cushioning materials, or body impressions occuring from normal use of the mattress, are not covered under this Warranty. In a new mattress, body impressions indicate that the upholstery layers and softer support layers are conforming to your body's individual contours. These are not structural defects, but normal occurrences in the performance of the mattress by design.
If a mattress is returned in compliance with the above and found to be defective, the remedies set forth above shall be made by Ultimate Sleep Inc and/or our Mattress Manufacturer.

iSense Sleep - 10-Year Mattress Warranty
Every iSense Sleep Mattress includes a ten-year limited warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress from iSense Sleep or an authorized iSense Sleep Retailer, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it. This includes all parts of the mattress. The details of this warranty, and some limitations, are provided below.

Warranty Conditions
iSense Sleep warrants our mattress to the end user (hereinafter referred to as the “original purchaser”) against defects in bedding material or faulty workmanship (non-electrical) under normal use for a period of ten years limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This particular warranty extends to all iSense Sleep mattresses purchased after February 1, 2018. The air chambers, pumps, controls (electrical) within the iSense Sleep mattress are covered for a period of three (3) years limited warranty from the date of original purchase. From that point, electrical components would be prorated from 3 years 1 day to year 10. This warranty is only in relationship to iSense Sleep mattress products.
During the warranty period of ten years, iSense Sleep, at our determination, will repair or replace the warrantied product or part due to a defect in bedding materials or workmanship under normal use and service provided that it is returned to us as provided herein. Any covered repairs or replacement parts will be at no cost to you and there will be no shipping costs associated with it. Depending on the type of material, you may be required to provide a refundable deposit. The deposit would be refunded back to the form of payment within 30 days upon receiving the replacement material. If required for the mattress in full to be replaced, costs of shipping or pickup & delivery would be determined by iSense Sleep.
Warranty timeline is determined by the date of purchase. No new warranty is provided with any product or any component part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty. If you receive replacement products or parts under this warranty but fail to return any replaced product or part to us as required, further warranty coverage will be suspended until such replaced product or part is returned.
iSense Sleep reserves the right to substitute products or parts of comparable quality and value or, where permissible by law, to use or deliver refurbished electrical products or parts in the repair or replacement of any product or part that does not come into contact with the outer sleeping surface of the mattress under this limited warranty. If the warrantied products or parts are no longer manufactured or available and no other products or parts of comparable quality and value are available, iSense Sleep reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to satisfy its obligations hereunder by offering the prorated monetary value of the warrantied product or part in the form of a one-time payment.
The limited warranty covers the following items during the normal wear. Deterioration causing the mattress to have a viable indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of than improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base and any physical flaw in the mattress cover that causes the material to spilt or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
Because of this, iSense Sleep encourages our customers to ensure their mattress is continuously supported by a firm, solid surface consisting of a proper non-spring foundation or an adjustable bed base. You would want to ensure the foundation is sufficiently strong and stable so it can support the weight of the mattress and its occupants. Failure to use an appropriate foundation may void your warranty. iSense Sleep may ask for proof of or documentation of surface support to assist with the warranty claim.
All air chambers, pumps, and controls (electrical) aspects of the iSense Sleep mattress are covered under a three (3) year limited warranty. At three years and 1 day, electrical components will be prorated up to ten (10) years from purchase date. The prorate amount will be as followed:

For any prorated amount, the original purchaser would be required to pay in full for the replacement item and then upon shipping back the damaged item, the specific amount would be refunded back to their original form of payment. Credit back can take up to 30 days based on when iSense Sleep received back the damaged item.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective electrical component at the option of iSense Sleep and any damages for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the warranted component is expressly excluded. The pumps and controls must not have been tampered as this may void the limited warranty of these parts. If the parts were deemed tampered, iSense Sleep may deem the warranty void.
Our limited warranty does not cover: a normal increase/decrease in softness of the material; comfort preferences; damage from using an improper bed frame, foundation, or adjustable base; or damage to the mattress, including but not limited to, stains, burns, cuts, or tears. If a mattress is deemed to be abused, mishandled, or used in any way that contributed to the defect in question, warranty coverage may be denied at iSense Sleep sole discretion. Lastly, this warranty does not provide coverage and will become void if damage is caused by acts of nature or acts of God including but not limited to fire, flood or lightning damage or for damage caused by power surges.
The limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the original product purchased. The original purchaser is one who purchases the product directly from our website, an iSense Sleep Comfort Control™ Specialist, or a iSense Sleep authorized dealer. If the purchase was not directly from iSense Sleep, proof of purchase would be required to demonstrate that the purchaser is the original purchaser of the item. Proof of purchase would need to have store name & location, purchase date, item of purchase, and original purchaser name. To ensure coverage of the warranty, iSense Sleep encourages the original purchaser to maintain their original receipt.
If you are not the original purchaser, you are unable to make a valid claim on the warranty and purchase the item “as is”/ “with all faults”. Warranty claims are not able to be filed on floor models/display models at wholesale locations.
If you would need to file a warranty claim, you must contact a Comfort Control™ Specialist at 1-888-753-3706 between 8 AM – 5 PM CST Monday – Friday. iSense Sleep may ask for your assistance on obtaining additional information regarding your service needs including photo documentation necessary to file the warranty. In addition, they may take certain steps to troubleshoot the product or part for which a claim is being made. These steps are essential to determining whether your warranty claim is covered and ensuring shipment of the correct replacement product or part. Products or parts returned to us without authorization from iSense Sleep will be destroyed and no warranty claim will be honored or credit or refund provided.
Our liability is limited to this written warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied, nor does this warranty cover so called incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not permit limitations on how long an implied warranty may last. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so either or both of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Memory Foam & Latex Mattress Pads
5-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage Period: Our premium Visco-Elastic Memory Foams and Latex Rubber Foams, produced by leading US Manufacturers, are guaranteed to retain at least 90% of original loft for a period of up to 5 years, covering the average life of a mattress topper.
Exclusions: Warranty is limited to described products exclusively purchased by the Customer from Absolute Comfort on Sale, a Division of Ultimate Sleep, Inc. Neither Manufacturer nor Ultimate Sleep, Inc is responsible for any subsequent damage if products are abused or misused in any way, or exposed to any liquids, gaseoous or liquid chemical products, or sources of ultra-violet light or ozone.
Right of Inspections: Our Manufacturers and their Representatives, including Ultimate Sleep, Inc, reserve the right to inspect all products involved in Warranty Claim. All inspections will take place at a facility designated by Absolute Comfort on Sale and Ultimate Sleep, Inc.
Claim Limitations: This warranty is limited to the actual Foam Topper(s) purchased from Absolute Comfort on Sale. Any and all subsequent materials, labor and/or freight and/or delivery charges are not covered under Warranty. Warranty coverage is limited to Original Purchaser.
iSense Sleep SMART Pillow Warranty
Our SMART Pillow includes a three-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and the sleep tracker included within the SMART Pillow includes a one-year limited warranty.

ChiliTechnology Warranty
What Does This Limited Express Warranty Cover?
Chili Technology gives to the original purchaser (“the purchaser”) of a new Chili Technology control unit (“the product”) this limited express warranty which covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the product under normal use. Except for this limited express warranty and any implied warranties under applicable law, Chili Technology makes no express or implied representations or warranties, either in this document or in any of its instruction manuals, product packaging, or other materials accompanying or used in conjunction with sale or marketing of the product.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Warranty does not cover: use of the product in a commercial operation, improper maintenance of the product, damage due to misuse, acts of God, nature, vandalism or other acts beyond the control of Chili, owner's acts of omissions, use outside the country in which the product was initially purchased and resales of the product by the original owner. This warranty does not cover pick up, delivery, transportation or house calls. This warranty does not cover products purchased from a party that is not an authorized retailer, dealer, or distributor of Chili Technology.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This limited express warranty, and any implied warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) on the control unit of the product will be for two (2) years from the documented date of purchase, as noted below. The sewn mattress pad and associated tubing are warrantied for 90 days from the documented date of purchase, as noted below. Coverage terminates if the purchaser sells, disposes of, or otherwise transfers the product.
What Will Chili Technology Do?
For the duration of warranty coverage, at its option:
- During the first 90 days of documented purchase date Chili Technology will repair or replace any product or part(s) of the mattress pad and associated tubing that are defective in either materials or workmanship to include parts, labor, and delivery back to the purchaser at the expense of Chili Technology.
- During year one (1) following the documented date of purchase, Chili Technology will repair or replace any product or part(s) of the control unit that are defective in either materials or workmanship to include parts, labor, and delivery back to the purchaser at the expense of Chili Technology.
- During year two (2) following the documented date of purchase, Chili Technology will repair or replace any product or part(s) of the control unit that are defective in either materials or workmanship at the expense of Chili Technology. Labor and return delivery to the purchaser will be billed to the purchaser at a cost of $30. Payment will be made at time of issuance of Return Authorization Number.
- Alternatively, Chili Technology will at its option refund to you your documented purchase price.
How Do You Get Service?
This limited express warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by the purchaser. Any problem with the product that is caused by abuse, misuse, operation contrary to or inconsistent with the written instructions, or an act of God (such as a flood) is not covered. Chili Technology does not have any obligations if our inspection reveals that the product has been altered, modified, damaged, subjected to or involved in an accident, disassembled, repaired or attempted to be repaired by someone other than us, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including any lost revenues, loss of use or lost profits) are not recoverable under the warranty, or with respect to the sale or use of the product. In no event will our entire liability to you exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for the product, or any defective portion thereof, whichever is less. This limitation does not apply to any claims for personal injury. Also, because some states do not allow, or restrict, limitations of incidental or consequential damages, some or all the foregoing may not apply to you.
How Do You Get Service?
In order to be eligible under this warranty, and before returning a defective product, you MUST first obtain a Return Authorization Number from Chili Technology. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, complete a repair request form by clicking here or call us at (704) 235-6831, or write to Chili Technology 144 Talbert Pointe Drive, Suite 103, Mooresville, NC 28117. Once you obtain your Return Authorization Number, the product should be carefully packaged and delivered, with all postage or delivery charges prepaid, to the foregoing address. You MUST also include in the package (1) your name, telephone number and shipping address, (2) a brief written description of the problem, and (3) documentation of the date and amount of your purchase together with your Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for all damages incurred in shipping.
What Are Your Rights Under State Law and Other Considerations?
This warranty, and any unresolved claims and disputes between you and Chili Technology shall be governed by and subject to the laws (exclusive of conflict-of-law provisions) of the State of North Carolina, which shall also be the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for all such claims and disputes.
All claims against Chili Technology must be brought within three (3) months from the time they arise. As some states do not allow, or restrict, limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, some or all of the foregoing may not apply to you.

10 Year Warranty
1. What does the warranty cover/not cover?
Dapwood Furniture's Warranty covers materials and workmanship of our Wooden Bed Frames for 10 years for the Original Owner.
Warranty does not cover:
Expansion, contraction, effects of extremely high or low humidity; spills on or submersion in liquids; acts of God (e.g. fire, floods, tornadoes, locusts); a mismatch with other furniture or floors; improper installation; excessive wear and tear (e.g. children experiments, teething puppies, movers); commercial use (e.g. hotels, B&Bs, adult movies); extreme loads beyond design specification.
Wood furniture may have:
One or more of the following characteristics which are not defects: variations in grain and color, knots, mineral streaks, pitch pockets. Warranty does not cover darkening of wood or finish, which occurs naturally over time.
Natural variations:
In solid wood and hand-applied finishes make each piece unique. Slight grain and finish irregularities tell you that the furniture has been crafted from solid wood and are hallmarks of quality and individuality.
2. What is the period of coverage?
Warranty Period starts when the Product ships from our Facility. Coverage ends after 10 years or if the First Purchaser transfers the Product to someone else.
3. What will Dapwood Furniture do to correct problems?
At our choice, we will repair or replace a product component that fails under the Warranty Period. Warranty does not cover incidental costs such as shipping costs, cost of renting temporary furniture, telephone charges, etc.
4. How can the customer get warranty service?
In order to obtain warranty service, contact Ultimate Sleep, Inc at (800) 508-1008. Be prepared to describe the problem and provide photos. A close-up photo as well as a general photo are very helpful.
5. How will state law affect customer's rights under the warranty?
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
A NOTE ABOUT CLAIMS OF DAMAGE OR DEFECT
Please note that we require pictures whenever there is a "Claim of Damage or Defect". Please be ready to provide pictures which illustrate your claim clearly and from multiple angles, if possible. If you have any questions, please speak with one of our Customer Agents at (800) 508-1008.
Pictures are for validation of a general claim, and are not a substitute for returning any item. Final evaluation will be made when our Manufacturing Representative examines the returned product in question. Items not found defective upon inspection must be retrieved by the customer at their expense.

Except as set forth above, Absolute Comfort on Sale and its Parent Company Ultimate Sleep, Inc MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL ACOS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, whether such damages are claimed on account of Breach of Warranty, Breach of Contract, Negligence or Strict Product Liability, including, without limitations, damage to property or other economic losses. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. UNPACK CAREFULLY. Your Sleep Product purchased from Absolute Comfort on Sale may have been vacuum packed and/or compressed for shipping. It may look smaller in the package than the product really is. Open the package carefully, taking care not to cut or tear anything when removing tape or opening the box(es). Some products may require a short time to fully bounce back from packaging compression, and this is normal. Any slight "scent of newness” you may notice will dill dissipate gradually, and usually be undetectable with covering.
INSTALL PROPERLY. Place your new mattress pad or mattress on top of your mattress or support foundation. Items that arrive rolled should be unrolled in their final location. We recommend the use of a protective Mattress Cover over your mattress or mattress pad, and regular sheets go on top of the quilted mattress cover. For maximum comfort and breathability, we recommend the use of cotton sheets.

Some pillows, toppers and mattress cores incorporate polyurethane products. Do not disassemble any covered products or expose any bedding materials to open flames or any other direct or indirect high temperature ignition sources such as burning operations, welding, burning cigarettes, space heaters or naked lights.
Once ignited, urethane-based foam will burn rapidly, releasing great heat and consuming oxygen at a high rate. In an enclosed space, the resulting deficiency of oxygen may present a danger of suffocation to occupants. Hazardous gases released by the burning foam can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings if inhaled in sufficient quantities.
